Custom Mill Valley Bay Front

Custom home right on the edge of San Francisco Bay. This home had many challenges because of the lots location on the San Francisco bay. It took almost 2 years to get a permit, with the owners only request being every room in this five bedroom house have a view of San Francisco. We achieved that goal except for the powder room.
